Prior to founding Warner Strategies, Scott worked at Qorvis Communications, an independent public relations firm in the Washington, D.C. region; Arnold Worldwide, a unit of the Havas Advertising Group, the world’s fourth-largest communications group; and Dittus Communications, a Washington. D.C.-based public affairs firm.

Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from the University Maryland, where he was elected into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society, and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Elon University in North Carolina.
